In honor of Easter, we thought it only right to include a second recipe of the week for you this week. This one is a bit more traditional than Crispy Egg Breakfast Tacos + Black Garlic Pineapple Salsa for Easter Brunch, but still offers that unique touch (as black garlic always does!)
Lamb is a dish that many families around the US only make at Easter, and we want it to be extra special this year. Black garlic gives your Easter lamb a fresh take on an old classic. We love tradition, but sometimes you just have to shake it up.
Enjoy!
