North America Fermented Garlic is "Garlic's Sweet Secret"™ We start with the finest North American Garlic. The garlic is fermented at high temperatures and finally aged to develop the sweetest notes possible. The resulting product has exceptional sweetness with date, balsamic, and slight garlic undertones.  The consistency is soft and chewy.

Our Black garlic contains high levels of S-allyl-cysteine, a compound that has been shown to decrease cancerous tumor size in mice. We proudly ferment and age our black garlic in Wisconsin. Mylar packaging with 15-20 bulbs of black garlic.

How to start your monthly subscription

Click Subscribe. You’ll be taken to Express Checkout where you confirm the subscription order, without adding other products to your cart. Log in or create a Customer Account.

After the order processes, you’ll receive an email with subscription details. The credit card you enter at checkout will be saved to your Customer Account, and future renewal orders will be placed automatically every month!

Managing your monthly subscription

You can manage your subscriptions from your Customer Account. Log in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions. Click a subscription to view its details, including:

• The next order date

• Price

• Subscription frequency (monthly)

• Order history

• Saved billing and shipping information

To cancel the subscription, just click Cancel Subscription in your account. To update your payment information or change your billing address, click Payment Method, and then Add New Payment Method.
