Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 percent low-fat milk

  • 1 cup non fat plain yogurt

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries

  • 1 Black Garlic Clove

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
