Ingredients:

4 slices bread – sourdough is always a winner!

8 slices Muenster cheese

4 slices tomato

1-2 cloves black garlic, mashed

¼ c mayo – we chosen avocado oil mayo, but you can also try olive oil mayo or traditional mayonnaise
Directions:

Grab your grill pan and place it on a burner set to medium.

Take two slices of bread. Stack each slice with two slices cheese, two slices tomato, and two more cheese slices.

Top with remaining bread slices.

Make the Black Garlic Mayo:

Take 1 clove black garlic and mash it with a fork.

Stir mashed bits into 1/4c mayo.

Generously spread black garlic mayo on the top bread slice of each sandwich, lay sandwiches mayo-side down in the heated pan. Grill until golden.

Before flipping, spread top side with remaining black garlic mayo. Flip sandwiches and cook reverse side until golden.

Cut in half and serve!
